• Set climate for Welcome – welcoming congregations are made up of welcoming people, where everyone extends hospitality. We extend the extravagant welcome and hospitality that are central to the still speaking God’s spirit and message.

• Follow up with guests with cards, calls, and visits / help with Newcomers’ Class / new member orientation / mentor new members
