Invite Ministry
The Invite Ministry includes outreach, welcome, and hospitality and is the keystone of the six ministry areas. At Ebenezer, we demonstrate a welcoming openness that helps people feel “at home.” That phrase in our Identity Statement is a reminder that each of us shares in the responsibility of inviting, welcoming, and affirming the gifts and cherishing the “image of God in each person.”
Invite Ministry participants include: Welcomers, Greeters, Kidz Bagz (activity bags for children in worship) Organizers, and Nametag Organizers.
At Ebenezer, we are encouraged to “welcome one another, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.” (Romans15:7)
